For 10+ years I've earned my stripes within HR, exceeding expectations on high-impact people projects within established companies such as McDonald's UK and ambitious tech-driven start-ups such as Kitopi Kitchens.

I am passionate about helping smaller companies, who maybe don't yet have the budget to hire a superstar HR professional, so they can benefit from my deep knowledge.

People are one of the most important and yet complex assets to organisations and there's great skill in understanding what level of attention needs to be given to the HR function for every business at any given phase. I believe that at the very least, founders and directors need a qualified and seasoned people professional whom they can call on to give open and practical advice when they need clarity on a decision that could impact their employees.

My talent lies in partnering these leaders to determine the most effective people strategy for their business and using my breadth of experience to help them implement whatever they deem necessary.
